Cheesy Baked Chicken Parmesan Pasta!
This recipe came from a subscriber's request for a budget-friendly dinner that could feed 6 or more people.
Ingredients:
• Pasta
• Pasta sauce
• Chicken nuggets
• Mozzarella cheese
• Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Air-fry or bake the chicken nuggets, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the pasta with the sauce, then layer pasta, chicken, mozzarella, and parmesan in a baking dish. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
The original cost $10. Today it's about $12.50, but it also includes nearly twice as much chicken as the version I made back in 2022.
