?Charcuterie Grilled Cheese?
What you’ll need:
2 slices sourdough
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 oz fontina, shredded
2 oz brie, sliced
2–3 slices prosciutto
½ peach, thinly sliced
1-2 fresh figs, sliced
1 tbsp local honey
1-2 tsp chili crisp
Pinch of fresh thyme
Handful of arugula
Flaky sea salt
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter and olive oil. Add the sourdough and toast one side until lightly golden.
Layer with the fontina, brie, peaches, figs, thyme, honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Top with the second slice of bread.
Continue cooking until both sides are golden, then either finish in the pan over low heat until the cheese is melted or transfer to a 375°F oven for 4–6 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the prosciutto, chili crisp, and arugula. Slice and enjoy while it’s hot. Cheers!
