Beef Sliders with Crispy onions.

These beef sliders really hit the spot!! If you can find brioche rolls as I used in the video that's preferred, but you could also use kings Hawaiian or something like that.
Special sauce
3/4 cup mayo
1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chopped pickle
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
Onion dredge
1/2 cup ap flour
1/2 cup rice flour (sub corn or potato flour)
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
