After a bit of a drive, we were back in a parking lot and this time it was Red Lobster (Red Lobsters are few and far between in New England). I was disappointed to find out they don’t in fact sell lobster rolls, so we took things into our own hands.
With Nick, a giant pot, a sledgehammer and a 15lb lobster, the parking lot lobster roll was born.
