Welcome to the channel ? I'm not a Chef and the "real" in my name is because my original TikTok name "Chef Thomson" was unavailable here! I live in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
I enjoy cooking and am hoping to become a Chef within the next 3-7 years. I've worked in the industry since July 2021 and have worked in 3 separate kitchen positions. My first job was as a Kitchen Helper at a golf club. My second position was a Line Cook and Porter at a pub. My most recent position is as a Short Order Cook at the Spruce & Iron Events restaurant which also services the Moncton Golf Club.
