Today was another busy and meaningful day for me and little Kiem.
Thu joined us to help build a stone wall around our home. We spent many hours carrying and carefully stacking the heavy stones together. It was hard work, but having Thu there made the day feel warmer and happier. We talked, laughed, and worked together as a small family.
After seeing how hard Thu had worked all day, I quietly decided to prepare a little surprise for her. I went out and bought some new clothes for Thu. This was also something many of you, our viewers, had suggested to me through your comments and messages.
I didn't tell Thu about the surprise because I wanted to see her reaction when I gave it to her.
When she finally received the new clothes, her reaction made me very happy. It may be a simple gift, but I hope it helps Thu feel cared for and appreciated.
