    • 1 tbsp cumin
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 2 tbsp tomato paste
    • ½ cup beef broth
    Mexican Pizzas
    • 12 taco-size flour tortillas
    • Neutral oil, for frying
    • 1 can refried beans
    • 2–2½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
    • 4 tbsp taco sauce
    • 4 tbsp red enchilada sauce
    • Diced tomatoes
    • Sliced green onions
    Instructions
    1. Cook the onion and garlic in a skillet until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
    2. Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and beef broth. Mix and cook until the liquid reduces.
    3. Fry the tortillas in oil until golden and crispy, sprinkling them with a little salt as they cook.
    4. Mix the taco sauce and enchilada sauce together.
    5. Spread refried beans over one crispy tortilla, then add the beef and cheese. Top with another tortilla, spread over the sauce, and add more cheese.
