1.Prepare the Aloo Tikki Dough:In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cornstarch (or rice flour), cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, and chopped coriander. Mix thoroughly until smooth.2.Shape and Pan-Fry the Tikkis:Divide the potato mixture into round, thick patties. Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden-brown and crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.3.Warm the Wraps:Warm your tortillas, roti, or paratha on a tawa/pan for 30 seconds on each side until pliable and soft. 4.Assemble the Wrap:Spread 1 tbsp of green chutney and 1 tbsp of mayonnaise or sweet tamarind sauce evenly over the center of the wrap. Place 1 or 2 crispy aloo tikkis in the middle and gently press them down. Top with sliced onions, cabbage, and a pinch of chaat masala.5.Roll and Toast:Tightly roll the bottom edge over the filling, then wrap the sides to secure it. Place the assembled wrap back on the hot pan with a dab of butter or oil for 1 minute per side until the outside is golden and crispy. Serve hot with extra chutney! #AlooTikkiWrap #AlooTikkiRoll #VegFrankie #StreetStyle #IndianStreetFood #EasyRecipes #QuickSnacks #AlooTikki #VegWrap #Shorts #RecipeVideo
