Hey guys, my name is Yeeda. Today on Recipe Review, we're making Zack D. Films' ramen burger. The concept basically revolves around ignoring traditional bread and aggressively squeezing lightly boiled noodles into circular molds before throwing them in the fridge for an hour to hold their shape. You fry the noodle buns until they are burnt and crispy on the outside, sear a beef patty, and glaze the meat with soy sauce and extra seasoning. You top the beef with green onions and parsley, and then sandwich it all together to create a crispy ramen noodle burger. It feels like a structurally unhinged culinary experiment because the burger immediately falls apart in your hands, but honestly, it is not bad at all. 7/10.
