Ingredients
4 Trident Seafoods® Beer Battered Cod fillets
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1 tsp capers, finely chopped
4 slices American cheese
4 brioche buns, lightly toasted
2 oz black caviar
1 Tbsp finely chopped chives
Instructions
1. Cook the Trident Seafoods® Beer Battered Cod according to package directions (oven or air fryer) until deeply golden and crisp, about 18–22 minutes.
2. While the cod cooks, stir together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, and capers in a small bowl to make a creamy dill sauce.
3. Place a slice of American cheese on each hot cod fillet during the last 1–2 minutes of cooking so it softens and begins to melt.
4. Spread a generous layer of dill sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Add the cheesy cod fillet.
5. Spoon a generous mound of black caviar over the top of each fillet, sprinkle with chives, cap with the top bun, and serve immediately.
