    ? Ingredients
    Chicken Marinade
    • 500 g boneless chicken
    • 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
    • 1 tsp salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder
    Crispy Coating
    • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp cornflour
    • 1 tsp salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder
    • ½ tsp baking powder (optional for extra crisp)
    Zinger Sauce
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp chili sauce
    • ½ tsp garlic powder, paprika
    • 1 tsp mustard
    For Assembly
    • mini burger buns
    • Lettuce (shredded)
    . Cheese slices
    • Oil for frying
    ? Step 1 Marinate the Chicken
    1. In a bowl mix buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    2. Add the chicken pieces and coat well.
    3. Cover and marinate for 2–4 hours (overnight for best flavor).
    ? Step 2 Prepare the Coating
    1. In another bowl mix:
    • flour, cornflour, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, baking powder
    2. Take chicken from marinade and coat it in the flour mixture.
    3. Press flour firmly on the chicken to create a crispy texture.
    4. Let coated chicken rest 5–10 minutes.
    ? Step 3 — Fry the Chicken
    1. Heat oil to 170–175°C.
    2. Fry chicken pieces 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
    3. Remove and place on paper towels.
    ? Step 4 Assemble the KFC Mini Zinger Burgers
    1. Cut mini buns in half.
    2. Spread zinger sauce on the bottom bun.
    3. Add lettuce.
    4. Place the crispy chicken on top.
    5. Add a little more zinger sauce and American cheese slice half .
    6. Cover with the top bun.
