FULL RECIPE BELOW ▢ 5 medium gold potatoes ▢ 2 Tbsp olive oil ▢ 1 Tbsp smoked paprika ▢ 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning ▢ 1 tsp onion powder ▢ 1 tsp garlic powder ▢ 1 tsp black pepper ▢ 1 tsp salt 1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 2. Add all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and combine. 3. Cut your potatoes into wedges. Drizzle olive oil over then seasoning blend. Toss well to evenly coat each potato. 4. Split into two batches. 5. Transfer first batch to air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Repeat with second batch. 6. Remove and serve hot with preferred dipping sauce.
