Chocolate Heart Toast

An idea for using up leftover Easter chocolate (or you could use Nutella). Make a heart shape in a slice of bread with a spoon, toast and fill with melted chocolate (or melted Nutella). Decorate with whatever you fancy - I went for white chocolate balls - and enjoy!
