    Ingredients:
    240g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
    180g Self Raising Flour (Vetta Smart Self Raising Flour)
    1 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning, 1 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Salt
    3 Cut Up Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
    120g Pizza Sauce/Marinara (Leggo’s Garlic & Herb Pizza Sauce)
    110g Light Grated Mozzarella Cheese (Bega 50% Less Fat Grated Cheese)
    15 Slices Turkey Pepperoni, Beef Pepperoni or Regular Pepperoni (Sultans Mini Beef Pepperoni Slices)
    Double the ingredients above if you’d like to make 2 pizzas ?
    Important Notes:
    - If your dough is coming out too sticky add the flour first then gradually mix in the yoghurt. Go slow and adjust with extra flour until it’s workable. Different yoghurt brands vary in moisture which can affect how sticky the dough gets.
    - If you don’t have self raising flour you can swap it for plain all purpose flour. Just add 1 tsp of baking powder and mix it through evenly before adding any wet ingredients, this helps replicate the rise and texture you’d normally get.
