This product is called Bialy... When you cross a Bagel with a Mc. Muffin , you get a Bialy!

What a combo type Sandwich
I chose to do mine with just a fried egg and cheese
I can honestly say it was fun to eat and quite different being it was two different types of texture.. If course , this made it interesting for me.
