Potato burger sauce bowls makes 12 these are in my cookbook
Ingredients list⬇️
-96/4 Lean Ground Beef — 64 oz (4 lbs)
-Baby Gold Potatoes — 48 oz (3 lbs)
-Broccolini — 16 oz
Tomatoes — 16 oz
-Fat-Free Cheddar Shredded Cheese (Kraft) — 1.75 cups
-Fat-Free Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (Kraft) — 1.75 cups
-All burger seasoning 20g
-salt 5g
-pepper 2g
-brown sugar swerve 25g
Stage 1 ⬇️
Chop your potatoes and seasoned them with
Hot honey seasoning 5g
Salt 5g
Pepper 2g
Shake these up in a large bowl these are going into the oven at 420 degrees for 30 minutes
Stage 2 ⬇️
Steam 1 pound of broccoli or broccolini
Stage 3 ⬇️
4lbs 96/4 beef in the skillet seasoning with ⬇️
20g all purpose, burger seasoning
Stage 4 while your food is cooking ⬇️
Dice up 1 pound of tomatoes, the same way we cut the potatoes
And make the sauce use a blender⬇️
300g plain fat free Greek yogurt
80g ketchup
40g mustard
25g swerve brown sugar
15g Worcestershire sauce
Blend shake repeat until mixed up
Final stage assembly ⬇️
Add everything to your beef pan, including the sauce mix this up and place into 12 meal prep containers!
Note: if you want very close measurements simply place in a 12 mil prep containers and then weigh each one to make sure they weigh right around the same weight
Refrigerator 2:30 seconds
From Freezer add little bit of water paper towel over the top 5min
