    This is what I make when I don’t have time, energy, or a plan…
    but still want something warm, nourishing, and actually satisfying.
    Ground chicken, whatever veggies I had in the fridge, a little spice…
    and somehow it turns into the easiest, most flavourful bowl.
    No overthinking. No complicated steps.
    Just real food, real fast.
    And honestly… these are the meals that make me feel the best ?
    ? Save this for your next busy night
    ? 10-Minute Ground Chicken Veggie Bowl
    *use whatever veggies you have left in the fridge. ?
    Ingredients:
    * 1 tbsp olive oil
    * 1 lb ground chicken
    * 1/2 onion, diced
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1 cup julienned carrots
    * 1 cup broccolini, chopped
    * 1 cup purple cabbage, chopped
    * 1 bag Asian cashew salad kit (use as much as you like)
    * 1–2 tsp chili seasoning (to taste)
    * Sriracha, for serving
    Instructions:
    1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Add ground chicken, break it up, and cook until browned.
    3. Add onion and garlic → cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
    4. Toss in carrots, broccolini, and cabbage → stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
    5. Add in some of the Asian cashew salad mix.
    6. Season with chili seasoning → mix everything well.
    7. Cook another 1–2 minutes and you’re done.
    Top with Sriracha and enjoy ?
