1. Crush the biscuits
Add the Lotus Biscoff biscuits to a blender and blitz until very fine, almost flour-like.
2. Prepare the fat phase
In a separate bowl, add the warm oil and melted white chocolate.
(Melt the white chocolate in a microwave in short bursts.)
Mix until completely smooth and glossy.
3. Build the emulsion
To the oil–chocolate mixture, add:
