BURNT ENDS BURGER
Ingredients
• 73/27 ground beef (chuck + brisket blend)
• Brisket burnt ends
• Salt, pepper, garlic
• BBQ sauce
• Sliced cheese
• Burger buns
Method
1. Form ground beef into patties.
2. Season both sides with SPG.
3. Chop burnt ends into small pieces.
4. Lightly season.
5. Cook burger until desired doneness.
6. Top with chopped burnt ends.
7. Add BBQ sauce + cheese.
8. Place in oven or cover to melt.
9. Toast buns.
10. Build and serve hot.
