# RECIPE CARD

- Flour - 200 gm
- Rice Flour - 200 gm
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Vodka - 300 ml
- Beer - 300 ml
- Seasoned Flour for the fish to drege
- drizzle some better on to the fish
- fry for about 2-3 mins
- oil to fry
### TARTAR SAUCE
- Mayo - 5 tbsp
- Dill pickle - 1 small diced
- Lime Juice - 1 tsp
- Capers - 1/2 tbsp
- Mustard Sauce - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt and Black Pepper
- Green and Purple Cabbage and Carrots
## BURGER ASSEMBLY
- Toasted Buns
- Tartar Sauce on both buns
- Lettuce
- Fried Fish
- Cheese Slice
- Crispy Purple & Green Cabbage
