    This recipe is from my fast food cookbook except I just leveled it up even more?

    ✰ 1 large and 2 small low carb tortilla
    ✰ 4 oz extra lean ground beef
    1 tsp (3g): onion, garlic, paprika, chili powder
    salt & pepper to taste
    Cheese sauce: 2 fat free cheese slices, splash milk and hot sauce
    ✰ 2 Tbsp (30g) pico
    ✰ lettuce
    ✰ 1/4 cup fat free cheese
    ✰ 2 tbsp (30g) Greek yogurt
    1. Preheat pan to med-high.
    2. Cook and season ground beef
    3. Melt fat free cheese slices, splash milk and hot sauce in microwave in 30s increments.
    4. Add cheese sauce, ground beef and cheese to large tortilla.
    5. Microwave or Airfry one small tortilla so it gets crunchy. You can replace this with 4-5 chips as well. Place tortilla/chips on top then add yogurt, pico, and lettuce.
    6. Add the other small tortilla on top then fold the large tortilla onto the smaller one.
    7. Place on pan on med heat folded side down to seal it, then flip until the other side browns.
    8. Enjoy!
