Hosil bo’lgan massani tovada pishirib olamiz. 10-12 ta blinchik chiqadi. Slivka bilan shakar upasini krem holiga kelguncha mixer qilamiz. Blinchiklarni chetini ortiqcha joyini kesib olamiz. Kremni har bir blinchik qavatiga surib torimizni terib chiqamiz. Glazur masalliqlarini tovaga solib past olovda 1-2 minut kovlab turamiz. Uzoq qolmasligi kerak. Glazurni tor ustidan quyamiz. Muzlatgichda 20 minutga qoldiramiz. Nejniy tortimiz tayyor ? Retsept yoqqan bo’lsa yurakcha qoldirishni unutmang ❤️ Ingredients: For the crepes: • 2 eggs • 100 g sugar • 500 ml milk • 80 g cocoa powder • 5 tbsp vegetable oil • 200 g flour For the cream: • 33% heavy cream • Powdered sugar For the glaze: • 4 tbsp sour cream • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 2 tbsp sugar • 30 g butter Preparation: Mix all the crepe ingredients in one bowl until smooth. Cook the batter in a pan to make 10–12 crepes. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until it turns into a creamy consistency. Trim the edges of the crepes to make them even. Spread the cream on each crepe layer and stack them to form the cake. For the glaze, combine all the glaze ingredients in a pan and cook on low heat for 1–2 minutes (don’t let it boil for too long). Pour the glaze over the cake and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Our delicate cake is ready ?
