Secret to juicy turkey burgers

    Here’s how you get juicy turkey burgers every time.
    Add some fat to the turkey patties. I use butter & cheddar cheese as well as olive oil on my hands.
    @nytcooking also taught me to use a splash of milk, genius!
    Recipe below:
    1 lb of ground turkey meat
    1 tbsp of worcestershire
    1 tsp of Italian seasoning
    1 tsp of Salt
    1/4 tsp of pepper
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1/4 cup diced rainbow peppers
    1/4 cup diced onions
    1 egg
    1 tbsp of milk
    4 tbsp of butter, divided
    4 tbsp of cheddar cheese, divided
    Olive oil for hands
    Oil for frying
    Chili powder and smoked paprika dusted on each side of burger before frying
    Fry on each side for 5 minutes, burgers are cooked when 160 internal temperatures is achieved.
