    ✳️ Macros (per 1/4 cookie cake):
    160 Cals, 8g Net Carbs, 2.5g Fat, 13.5g Protein
    55g protein for the whole thing
    ^ the whole cookie is fucking huge, basically a cookie cake. Don’t know anyone who’s eating that whole thing at once
    ✳️ Wet Ingredients:28g (2 tbsp) Light Butter, softened
    1 Medium Egg
    40g Egg Whites
    45g (3 tbsp) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    ✳️ Dry Ingredients:72g (1/2 Cup) Granulated Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
    50g (6 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
    30g (Nearly 1 Scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder
    Ideal: 22.5g Casein + 7.5g Whey
    6g (2 tsp) Vanilla Pudding Mix
    2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder
    Pinch Salt
    If needed:15mL (1 tbsp) Almond Milk
    ✳️ Frosting:113g (1/2 Cup) Fat Free Cream Cheese, Room TemperaturePowdered Sugar Substitute to tasteSplash Vanilla Extract (*optional*)
    ✳️ Filling:60g (1/4 Cup) Sugar Free Strawberry Spread
    ✳️ Toppings:1/3 Golden Oreo, finely crushed
    ✳️ Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Mix together wet ingredients until smooth.
    3. Add dry ingredients and mix until a thick cookie dough forms. Add almond milk only if needed. Add dough to fridge for 10 minutes.
    4. Add to 6 or 7 inch springform that is sprayed with cooking spray. Add cookie dough and flatten so center has a slight divot.
    5. Bake for 14-20 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool completely.
    6. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth.
    7. Spread frosting around cookie.
    8. Fill center with strawberry spread (you can microwave for a couple seconds and add more powdered sugar substitute for max sweetness and spread).
    9. Top frosting with crushed Golden Oreo around the edges.
    10. Slice into 4 giant pieces and devour.
