Chocolate Protein Pancakes that contain over 25g protein! Such a delicious breakfast idea!? • More healthy & easy recipes in my Ebooks, link is in my profile? • Ingredients for one: 1 egg 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml) 1/4 cup (vegan) chocolate protein powder (60 ml / 30g) 1/4 cup (gluten-free) all purpose flour mix, if you aren’t coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer, you can of course use wheat flour in this (60 ml) 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt • 1. Whisk all the ingredients together. I used all purpose gluten-free flour mix in this that contains psyllium husk powder which absorbs a lot of the liquid, so if you are using wheat flour, you might need to add a bit more of it! 2. Cook the pancakes on a non stick pan for a few minutes on each side 3. Add your toppings and enjoy
