Cooking For My MMA Fighter Friend

  • Yous enjoyed it so much last time so it was only right we collaborated again? I wanted to make @gerharrismma something naasty , full of flavour and okay for him to have on a weight cut.
    ?INGREDIENTS
    (Bare in mine the potion in the video is mine and so when I cooked again for Ger I just gave him less rice 150g instead of 300g and more pork 200g instead of 150g)
    -150-200g of 5% pork mince , if you didn’t want to use pork you can use beef or chicken but don’t sleep on the pork folks
    -1tb of gochujang
    -1tb of sesame oil
    -1tb of soy sauce
    -3 cloves of garlic
    -thumbsized piece of ginger
    -1 white onion
    -2 spring onion
    -300g of cooked jasmine rice
    -half a tsp of butter and crispy chilli oil
    -1 egg
    -s&p
    -pinch of msg to the pork
