Korean Bulgogi Sliders ??
I made bulgogi sliders with sweet Hawaiian rolls, and these turned out so good.
Since the bread is already sweet, I used a little less sugar than I normally would for bulgogi. The pickles also added a nice crunch and balanced out the sweetness.
For 6 sliders:
0.5 lb ground beef
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
Butter
Cheese
Pickles
6 Hawaiian rolls
Mix the beef with the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and salt. Cook the beef in a pan, then toast the inside of the bread with a little butter.
Add the cheese, close the lid, and let it melt for about 30 seconds.
But be careful. I burned the bottom of my bread doing this. ?
Honestly, microwaving the toasted bread with the cheese on top for about 30 seconds might be easier.
Then add the pickles and bulgogi patties, close the sliders, and that’s it.
Simple, sweet, savory, and really good.
