Living Well on a Small Income in Japan ?? Quiet Payday, Small Joys & Homemade Okonomiyaki

  • Hi! I'm Tuma, a Japanese woman living in Tohoku, Japan.
    Enjoying the solo life. ??
Freelance paycheck day — so I made the rounds: drugstore, import snack shop, supermarket. ?
Forgot the okonomiyaki flour. Had to go back. Ended up with dagashi snacks along the way.
Made the best okonomiyaki I've ever had — completely by accident.
I hope you enjoy a low-income, high-happiness shopping day in Japan with me! ?
