Form the ground beef into 4-ounce balls. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix until smooth. Preheat a cast iron or stainless steel pan over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes, until water droplets bead on the surface. Place the beef balls onto the pan and season with salt and pepper. Add a small handful of onions on top of each portion and press firmly to form a thin patty. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, then scrape and flip. Add cheese and place the buns on the pan to toast, top bun first followed by the bottom bun. Once the cheese has melted, about 1–2 minutes, assemble the burger with pickles and sauce. ↓↓↓ CHECK THIS OUT ↓↓↓ @GrillwithWeber My Family on YouTube @DossFarm @KSGetOut @grandpadossfarms @dossoutdoors My Gear Hat - amzn.to/3He6Zzu Glasses - amzn.to/3HdNreM Slides - amzn.to/3HdNqaI AirPods - amzn.to/3aWwRUF
