This Burger has an INSANE Crust!!

  • This is one ridiculously good burger!!
    Dry aged brisket smashburger cooked to perfection on the SmokeStone and topped off with Black garlic cream cheese and some other incredible toppings!
    Ingredients:
    • 75/25 ground beef - I made dry aged beef for this!
    • @nadcofficial OG steak seasoning
    • thinly sliced white onion
    • Gouda cheese
    • toasted brioche buns @stpierreusa
    • my burger sauce!
    • fresh arugula
    • @grillospickles pickled red onions
    • Black garlic cream cheese - @traderjoes
    1. Preheat the SmokeStone to high heat, then head inside to form the beef into 4/5 oz balls, and thinly slice some onions.
    2. Smash each ball into the cooktop, but not as thin as normal! We want to keep a bunch of that dry aged beefy flavor in tact! Season them and then place a generous amount of white onions on top and let them cook for about 90 secs.
    3. Carefully scrape them free and flip them over to reveal the perfect sear, then top them off with Gouda and give it a few seconds to melt!
    4. Bring the Pattie’s inside and put the burger together as shown!
