    3. Medium eggs — 2
    4. Milk or heavy cream — 100 ml (about 1/2 cup minus 1 tablespoon)
    5. All-purpose flour — 200 g (about 1 2/3 cups)
    6. Cornstarch — 25 g (about 2 1/2 tablespoons)
    7. Baking powder — 1 1/2 teaspoons
    8. Salt — a pinch
    9. Vanilla powder — 1 packet, or vanilla to taste
    ✅ Cream Filling:
    1. Cream cheese — 350 g (about 12 oz)
    2. Frozen strawberries or raspberries — 180 g (about 6 oz)
    3. Sugar — 100 g (about 1/2 cup)
    4. Cornstarch — 1 1/2 tablespoons
    5. Medium egg — 1
    6. Lemon zest or a small pinch of citric acid
    Important! I used pastry-style cream cheese, which is thicker and more stable. If you use natural cream cheese, such as Philadelphia, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the cream cheese mixture for a more stable result.
