I made a Smoked Chorizo Smashburger!!

  • I made a Smoked Chorizo Smashburger and it came out incredible!!
    Smoked the Cream cheese and Chorizo on my @recteq_official DualFire, then cooked the Patties on my SmokeStone!
    Smoked Cream Cheese:
    • 2 blocks of cream cheese
    • 1.5-2 tbsp bacon jam @mw.fresh
    • 2 tbsp candied jalapeños
    • candied jalapeno bbq rub
    1. Place the cream cheese on a wire rack over a sheet tray, season with the bbq rub, and then place the bacon jam and the candied jalapeños on top!
    2. Preheat the smoker to 200°F, and once hot you can place the cream cheese in and let it smoke for 45-60 mins.
    3. Take the cream cheese off the smoker, and while hot transfer it to a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese until airy and fluffy. Then place in the fridge to chill.
