? Ingredients
For Batter:
Besan (Gram Flour)
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric (Haldi)
Baking Soda
Water
For Vada Stuffing:
Mustard Oil
Mustard Seeds
Jeera (Cumin)
Curry Leaves
Onion
Hing
Ginger-Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
Turmeric
Coriander Seeds
Salt
Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
Fresh Coriander
?? Method:
Mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, baking soda, and water to make a smooth batter.
Heat mustard oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, and curry leaves.
Add onion and sauté until soft.
Add hing, ginger-garlic & green chilli paste, haldi, coriander seeds, and salt.
Mix in the mashed potatoes and fresh coriander. Cook for 2–3 minutes and let the mixture cool.
Shape the potato mixture into round balls.
Dip each ball into the besan batter and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with pav, chutneys, and fried green chillies.
