In this video I am going to show you my DAILY LIFE in Slovakia ??. I will have to cook food for my family and then we will have to prepare for my son´s farewell celebration ? from the kindergarden. I decided to deep fry som zucchini, cook aheadsome beef and make chestnut rolls. Fort he celebration in the kindergarden I will have to make 11 bouquet? on a very low budget. (from the garden) and marshmallows.?

✏️✏️✏️Marshmallow recipe✏️✏️✏️:
400 g sugar
150 ml water
20g gelatin + 100 ml water
starch and powdered sugar
Make a sticky syrup from 400 g sugar and 150 ml water. Mix the gelatin with 100 ml water. Put the syrup in to a mixing bowl and slowly add the gelatin while mixing. After cca 8 minutes spread the mixture in a oiled and starched dish or tray. Let it sit for 12 hours. Make sure you use enough starch to cover the marshmallow so it doesn´t stick. Take it out from the tray and cut to a prefered shape and size. Cover with starch and store in an air tight container. Enjoy!?
