• ⁠Potatoes: 2 kg
• ⁠Ginger garlic paste: 100 g
• ⁠Green chilli paste: 125g
• ⁠Red chilli powder: 75 g
• ⁠Salt: 60 g / according to your taste
• ⁠Turmeric powder: 20 g
• ⁠Star anise: 10 g
• ⁠Cinnamon sticks: 10 g
• ⁠Bay leafs: 4-5
• Black cardamom: 5 g
• ⁠Water: 2 litr
• ⁠Ghee: Half kg
• ⁠Masala that we crushed earlier
• ⁠Saani
• ⁠Jhol
• ⁠Boiled sella rice
• ⁠Water: 1 ltr
• ⁠Ghee: 750 g
•| STEP:02 ( Saani )
• ⁠Tomato: 1 kg
• ⁠Lemon: 3 pcs
• ⁠Green chilli: 6-7
• ⁠Ginger:1 cube
• ⁠Dry plum: 125 g
• ⁠Fried onion: 50 g
• ⁠Coriander & mint leafs: 1 - 1bunch
• ⁠Garam masala: half tsp
•| STEP:03 ( Jhol )
• ⁠Yoghurt: 150 g
• ⁠Food colour: 1 and half tbsp
• ⁠Nutmeg & mace powder: half tsp
• ⁠Zafrani kavra water: ¼ cup
•| STEP:04 ( Crushed Masala )
• ⁠Cumin seeds: 15 g
• ⁠Peppercorns: 8 g
• ⁠Green cardamom: 3 g
• ⁠Cloves: 5 g
•| STEP:05 ( Boiling Rice )
• Water: 14- 15 litr
• ⁠Ghee: ¼ cup
• ⁠Salt: 200g / according to your taste
• ⁠Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
• ⁠Cloves: 4-5
• ⁠Cinnamon sticks: 2-3
• ⁠Zafrani Kavra water: ¼ cup
• ⁠Soacked sella rice: 5 kg
