My Kids Asked For Breakfast In Bed!!?

When your kids ask for breakfast in bed, you have two choices: pour a bowl of cereal… or completely overreact.
I chose option two.
So today we made Hot Honey Fried Chicken Breakfast Sandwiches loaded with extra crispy fried chicken, thick-cut bacon, chili crisp eggs, melty cheese, and a sweet-and-spicy hot honey sauce that ties everything together. The chicken comes out unbelievably crispy, the sauce is ridiculously good, and the whole sandwich tastes like something you’d order at your favorite brunch spot.
The best part? They’re surprisingly easy to make, and both of my boys absolutely demolished them. One of them thought he wanted pancakes… until he finished the entire sandwich and immediately asked for another.
