Scooby Doo Monster Sandwich — The Real Recipe

Scooby Doo legendary sandwich is real. One bun, just layer after layer of meat, cheese, tomato and lettuce, held together with two secret-boosted sauces.
INGREDIENTS
Giant round bun, ham, salami, cheddar slices, emmental slices, tomatoes (sliced, salted and patted dry), lettuce leaves
SAUCES
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard + 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp mayo + 1 tsp pickle brine
METHOD
Layer lettuce, ham, cheddar (corners out), tomato, mustard. Then salami, emmental, tomato, lettuce. Push mayo over the middle so it spills down the sides. Repeat the cycle upward, mustard drops between layers. Top bun on.
