It has 100 healthy recipes: breakfasts, snacks and of course desserts? • This recipe makes about 6 crepes • Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice (240 ml) 2 eggs 3/4 cup all purpose gluten-free flour mix (180 ml) • Topping ideas: Strawberries & raspberries 1 piece of 80% dark chocolate melted • 1. Whisk all the ingredients together 2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan with a ladle.
