Three Meat Italian Sandwich on Ciabatta

In the town I grew up in, there was an Italian deli with a three-meat sandwich.
This is my take on that sandwich, on my best batch of ciabatta yet. These loaves got a beautiful rise in the oven, so have this stunning internal texture. I made sure to wrap this sandwich, which helps a bit with presentation. Here are the ingredients:a

Fennel salame
Calabrese salame
Bresola (beef prosciutto)
Mixed greens
Homemade giardiniera
Imported mozarella (shoutout Milano Market in the UES)
