Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced pepperoni
1 egg (for egg wash)
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into equal rectangular pairs.
Spoon a layer of pizza sauce, top with a generous handful of mozzarella, and layer on the pepperoni. Leave a small clean border around the edges.
Place the matching dough rectangle over the top. Press the edges down firmly and crimp them with a fork to lock in the sauce and cheese.
Brush the tops with egg wash.
Cook in a 400F oven for about 13 minutes.
