I Found My NEW FAVOURITE FRITTER… PEA AND SPAM ?

I’ve tried plenty of fritters on The Chippy Tour, but this one caught me completely by surprise. Pea and Spam fritter… and I think I’ve found my new favourite! Salty Spam, soft peas, crispy batter. It shouldn’t work this well, but it absolutely does.
