Ingredients:
1 bread slice
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup cheddar cheese
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp flour
1 beaten egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
Salt
Oil for frying
Method:
Flatten the bread slice with a rolling pin.
Add mozzarella, cheddar, oregano and chilli flakes in the center.
Fold and seal the bread into a pocket.
Coat with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry until golden and crispy.
Cut open while hot and enjoy the melted cheese! ??
