    RECIPE????
    INGREDIENTS: (for smaller batch than we had)
    3 large potatoes
    1 egg
    1 tbs corn starch
    salt
    Frying oil
    (Optional- garlic powder, oregano)
    .
    1. Peel the potatoes, cut them on thirds, and partially cook them (around eight minutes from the moment the water starts boiling), so they are not completely cook, check it with the fork.
    2. Let them cool, and grate them.
    3. Mix them with egg, cornstarch and salt (you can add dried garlic and any herb you like)
    4. Take baking tray, put parchment paper on it, and shape your hashbrowns on it. Put into freezer for 30min.
    5. Take medium pan, high heat and couple milimeters of frying oil.
    6. Fry from both sides, couple minutes, until golden brown.

    Mayo:
    - mix mayo, finely chopped pickles, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, (optional- sriracha, dried garlic, fried onion)
