  • Ingredients:
    - Broccoli
    - 1 cup puffed barley
    - 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
    - 2 eggs
    - 1 garlic clove
    - Salt, turmeric, black pepper
    Instructions:
    Peel and wash the broccoli, steam it until it's a little cooked and soft, then mash it with a fork or meat pounder. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand or with a spoon to shape it. Cook it in a pan with a little oil. You can also bake this Kuku in a toaster oven or air fryer. Enjoy!
