My Kids Asked for Grilled Cheese…
So naturally I made grilled cheese cheeseburgers instead. Two grilled cheeses used as the buns this time. Smash burger in the middle. Bacon weave on top. Homemade burger sauce bringing everything together.
Crispy.
Cheesy.
Completely unnecessary… but in the best way possible.
It eats like a burger, tastes like a grilled cheese, and requires at least two napkins and zero self-control.
Trust me — this one’s worth ignoring the original dinner request.
