Are these DUROS actually worth the HYPE?! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • Duros wheat flour pellets • 1 cup granulated sugar • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon • 1 quart oil, for frying Directions: 1. In a shallow pan or pot, heat the oil to 350°F. 2. Carefully drop a few duros pellets into the hot oil. They will puff up almost instantly, in about 10–15 seconds. 3. Once fully expanded, remove them immediately using a slotted spoon or fry strainer and transfer to a wire rack or paper towel to drain. 4. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. 5. While still warm, toss the duros in the cinnamon sugar until evenly coated. 6. Serve and enjoy this light, crispy, sweet take on a classic Mexican street snack!
