How to Make Boneless Chicken Wings at Home

  • Crispy Boneless Wings (at home, for way cheaper!)
Boneless wings are expensive…but they really don’t have to be. If you’ve got chicken breasts sitting in your fridge or freezer, you’re already halfway there.
    Ingredients:
    2 chicken breasts
    1 ½ cups flour
    ½ cup cornstarch
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne (adjust to taste)
    ½ tsp black pepper
    2 eggs
    ½ cup water
    Oil for frying
Sauce of choice (I did sweet & spicy BBQ)
    Instructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and all seasonings.
Take about half of that mixture and combine it with eggs and water to make a thick batter.
Cut chicken breasts into strips, then into bite-sized cubes.
Add chicken to the wet batter and mix until fully coated.
Transfer to the dry mixture and coat well (shake in a bowl or bag for easier breading).
    Heat oil to 350–360°F.
Fry in batches for 3–3½ minutes until golden and crispy.
Let drain, then toss in your favorite sauce.
That’s it! Crispy, juicy, restaurant-style boneless wings without the restaurant price.
