Ingredients:
-3 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (1,360g raw)
-1 Medium Yellow Onion (~200g)
-3 Bell Peppers (~450g total)
-2 Tbsp Minced Garlic (30g)
-8 oz Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (226g)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese (224g)
-9 Mission Carb Balance Burrito Tortillas (900 calories total – 100 each)
-2 tsp Salt (12g)
-1.5 tsp Black Pepper (4g)
-2 tsp Garlic Powder (6g)
-2 tsp Onion Powder (6g)
-1 tsp Smoked Paprika (2g)
Instructions:
1.) Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
2.) Cook ground beef, onion, bell peppers, and seasonings until browned.
3.) Stir in garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Let cool slightly.
4.) Divide filling between 9 tortillas and roll into burritos.
