    Ingredients:
    -30 oz Shredded Hash Browns (850g)
    -2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (96/4) (907g)
    -1 Medium Onion, diced (150g)
    -1 Packet Taco Seasoning
    -8 Large Eggs
    -1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites (240g)
    -3/4 Cup Salsa (180g)
    -2 Cups Reduced-Fat Shredded Mexican Cheese (224g)
    -1 tsp Garlic Powder
    -1 tsp Paprika
    -1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    -1/2 tsp Salt
    Instructions:
    1.) Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2.) Cook onion and ground beef until browned, then stir in taco seasoning.
    3.) Spread hash browns in a greased 9x13 dish and top with the beef.
    4.) Whisk eggs, egg whites, salsa, seasonings, and 1 cup cheese, then pour over the casserole.
    5.) Bake 25–30 minutes, top with remaining cheese, bake 5 more minutes. Cool slightly and slice into 6 servings.
