Ingredients:
4 brioche buns, split and toasted
2 Tbsp butter, softened
12 Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers
12 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded red cabbage
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha
Fries, for serving
Instructions:
Cook Trident Alaska Salmon Burgers in a pan according to package instructions until hot and crispy. Top with cheddar slices, cover with a lid and let melt slightly.
In a bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, green onions, cilantro, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss to make a quick slaw.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
Build each burger: spread sauce on the bottom bun, stack 3 cheesy salmon burgers, then top with slaw and the top bun.
